For this piece, I was asked to observe a problem or a gap that needed to be filled in the community; propose a solution; and write a detailed Feasibility Report on the implementation of the solution in the form of a memo. In my report, I suggest the formation of a campus chapter of the International Justice Mission at Millersville University.
